Data we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the details needed to answer the request: name, email, phone number, pickup information, passenger count, vehicle preference, schedule, and message.

How we use it

The data is used to prepare a quote, confirm availability, coordinate the chauffeur service, and reply by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Analytics

The website may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand page usage and improve performance. Analytics data is not used to sell personal information.

When configured, optional PostHog analytics measures page navigation, scrolling and booking steps only after you accept the separate PostHog prompt. The service uses its EU ingestion endpoint. We do not send your contact details, pickup address, messages or booking reference as analytics events. A pseudonymous identifier is stored for the browser session, and your consent preference is saved for up to 180 days.

If session replay is enabled, the prompt asks for permission for masked recordings as well. Inputs and page text are masked; payment pages, network bodies and console logs are excluded. Enabling replay requires a new choice even if you previously accepted event analytics. Use “PostHog privacy” to decline or withdraw consent. Declining does not prevent you from requesting a chauffeur.
